The Service uses artificial intelligence to qualify Leads, generate responses and prioritise follow-up. Lead scoring is statistical — it ranks likelihood of conversion based on conversation signals — and is intended to assist, not replace, the Client's professional judgment.
The Service does not make legally significant decisions about Leads (such as approving credit, leases or housing applications) without human involvement. Clients remain solely responsible for any final decision affecting a Lead.
