These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client" or "User") and Techniq, a company based in the United Arab Emirates ("Techniq", "we", "us", or "our").

Techniq is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered lead qualification and client engagement tools for real estate agents and agencies. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
The Service is intended solely for real estate professionals, agencies, and businesses. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Use of the Service is not permitted where it would violate applicable law.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at techniqqai@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
All prices are listed on our pricing page and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. Techniq reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at techniqqai@gmail.com.
Where a free trial is offered, it is limited to one trial per person or organization. Misuse of trial access (e.g., creating multiple accounts) may result in immediate termination.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without notice or refund.

All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, design, trademarks, and content — are owned by or licensed to Techniq. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to the Service ("Client Data"). By using the Service, you grant Techniq a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Client Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your leads and contacts before using the Service to contact them, in compliance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.
The Service integrates with the following third-party providers to deliver its functionality:
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Techniq is not liable for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services. We encourage you to review their terms before using the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Techniq does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may not always be accurate; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TECHNIQ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHNIQ'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO TECHNIQ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WHERE NO FEES HAVE BEEN PAID, TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techniq and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your Client Data.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, without liability or refund.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for up to 90 days post-termination before permanent deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
Before commencing any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting techniqqai@gmail.com.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) / UK GDPR applies to your use of the Service. The following provisions supplement these Terms:
Techniq acts as the data controller for data collected from you directly (e.g., account registration). For data your leads provide through the Service, you act as the data controller and Techniq acts as the data processor on your behalf.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA (including the UAE and the United States, where our infrastructure providers operate). We rely on appropriate safeguards — including Standard Contractual Clauses — for such transfers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
